Very good and fresh beer. Nice building in a great old town location. The food was delicious too. Would love to come back here again.

A very nice restaurant in the beautiful old town. Michelstädter Rathausbräu is the place for anyone who appreciates good food and delicious drinks in a beautiful atmosphere. The service staff are friendly and attentive. P.S. The operators make sure that the currently relevant Corona hygiene measures are observed. Anyone who claims otherwise has probably not yet read the corresponding ordinance of the State of Hesse.

Nice location. Have been there for the second time, and always a place on the terrace🤗 Very tasty food ... fried potatoes..käsespätzle..salat..just super delicious. Even my snowy children ate like world champions. Even the side salad was completely eaten. Extra requests were met without any problems. The prices are fair in my opinion. The operation has captured my heart herz There is no trace of non-compliance with the corona rules! And anyone who is so afraid of corona should just stay at homeheim

Have been coming here for many years when we visit a relative in Michelstadt. The staff is very friendly, there is a nice atmosphere. Both the beer and the food are excellent. Can't understand the assessment of the alleged hygiene measures that were not observed in Corona times. These are easily complied with there. Well, the main thing is to report something ;-) Keep it up !!!!

Very good brewery inn. Good own beer and tasty traditional and modern cuisine. Unfortunately, corona hygiene is not taken very seriously. Guests without a face mask are not addressed and the boss himself, today at an outdoor table, repeatedly walks through the crowded restaurant without face masks. Perhaps a second lockdown would do some restaurateurs well.

What an atmosphere and the great view of the multitude of half-timbered houses. A reservation is absolutely necessary because the Rathausbräu is very well visited. The food was excellent and the beer anyway 😄

Actually, I just wanted to rate restaurants that only offer organic food with 5 stars ... here again, an exception: Here we were that day, in this weather and after about 30 km by bike ... that we had even found a place out here was a miracle! There is a very pleasant atmosphere there. No matter whether you are sitting outside or inside in the beautifully designed open-plan area. My beer tasted excellent and my girlfriend the wine. The service staff were very friendly, warm and courteous. Especially a very young waiter. Very happy again 👍👍👍

The Rathausbräu is a pretty cool restaurant with its own brewery in the old town in a historic atmosphere. On the terrace, at the crossroads of small streets, I felt very comfortable with my friends and enjoyed the view of the medieval buildings and the church. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a place on the terrace in good weather. But the young, personable staff go out of their way to help the guests. I would like to give 5 stars for the excellent, very attentive service and the tasty beer! The food is good home-style. The dishes with fried potatoes are particularly recommended. I give it 4 stars for the kitchen, but I like to give it 5 for the total.

Bauhaus kitchen with a modern twist. Food super delicious. Cordial employees. Super beautifully designed outside and inside. If I lived in the area, I would be there more often.

Nice beers. nice location. Average food. The menu is large and feel not all is fresh. The Apfelstrudel was microwaved (Cardboardl ike crust), low quality industrial icecream, The onions with the Spätzle (Very undercooked). The service was mixed. Some friendly some not so friendly. A waitress taking the change as a tip without asking is plain rude. Go for the beers ignore the moderate service quality and stick to the snacks on the menu. Michelstadt has nicer places to go for a bite to eat. And yes (or no :)) they do not accept credit cards
